Position: RPA UI Path Developer
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work From Office Only)
Notice Period: 15 Days to 30 Days
Total IT Experience: 1 year to 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities leveraging RPA technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath, a prerequisite for this role.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows and user manuals.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose automation solutions for continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath.
- Proficiency in creating and managing attended and unattended robots.
- Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator.
- Strong programming skills in C# or VB.NET, and familiarity with web technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of data handling, manipulation, and database concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- RPA certifications, particularly UiPath RPA Developer, are advantageous.
