Automation Developer

This role involves designing and developing RPA solutions, participating in client discussions to understand requirements, and working closely with various teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Technical Competency:

• Design and develop RPA solutions with zero defects.
• Develop and consume APIs.
• Participate in process walkthroughs with clients.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand domains and processes.
• Provide support to Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Test automation workflows prior to deployment.
• Build reusable components and custom components if necessary.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Provide effective solutions to clients based on requirements.
• Actively participate in client discussions to address concerns.
• Analyze effort estimates and have an analytical approach.
• Attend team meetings and provide valuable feedback.
• Work independently and support colleagues when required.

• Keep up to date with the latest trends in automation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE Framework.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in VBA/VB/java/C# script.
• Knowledge in Cognitive Automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent Software Development background in C#, C++, Java, .NET is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Databases and various application architectures.
• Excellent MS Office Skills, mainly Excel.
• Experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, and Power Automate.
• Experience in UiPath Document Understanding and Power Automate is a must.
