About the Team:
The Process Automation team at ZF Group is dedicated to automating business processes using technologies like RPA, Chat & Voice Bot, and ICR. As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate with stakeholders globally to tailor solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity in business operations.
What You Can Look Forward To:
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated processes using UiPath and Python.
- Ensuring adherence to coding standards and maintaining comprehensive technical solution documentation.
- Developing scalable automation objects to support streamlined business operations.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with RPA Analysts for successful testing and validation.
- Supporting the smooth transition of bots to production and implementing change requirements.
- Collaborating with RPA Analysts and customers to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Suggesting and implementing continuous improvements to enhance process automation effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA, preferably with UiPath.
- Strong understanding of automation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, and SQL, with experience in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Excellent English language skills and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for exploring and adopting new technologies.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
