How to open Excel with a password
To open an Excel file with a password using UiPath, you can use the Excel Application Scope activity along with the Workbook Password property.
Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Drag and drop the Excel Application Scope activity onto your workflow.

In the Properties panel of the Excel Application Scope activity, configure the following properties:
- WorkbookPath – Specify the file path of the Excel file you want to open.
- Password – Enter the password required to open the Excel file. Make sure to enclose the password within double quotation marks.
Inside the Excel Application Scope activity, you can add other activities to perform operations on the opened Excel file, such as reading or writing data.
