Automation Developer – UiPath RPA
Job Summary:
This role, based in Gurgaon, involves supporting Intelligent Automation using UiPath, NLP/ML/AI, and OCR (Abby/Uipath DU). The primary focus will be executing pre-defined and new processes with a high level of accuracy and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role also includes automating processes across departments on a global scale and delivering standardized reporting reports while exploring additional reporting possibilities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions for various business units and corporate functions.
- Utilize UiPath RPA & OCR Tools (Vantage/Uipath DU) to deliver automation solutions.
- Design robotic process automation solutions, architecture, and logic based on user requirements.
- Participate in or lead analysis of process automation requirements within Agile teams.
- Configure and test automated processes before deploying them into production environments.
- Develop documentation (Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, Technical Design Documents) following company standards and best practices.
- Develop KPIs for robotic processes in UiPath Orchestrator queues, preferably using Power BI.
- Support, debug, and fix any issues with bots as part of the automation program.
- Contribute to team objectives, deadlines, compliance policy, and internal controls.
Required Skills:
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
- Mandatory knowledge of OCR technology tools (Abbyy FlexiCapture/Vantage/Uipath DU).
- Expert-level Excel and VBA development skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and .NET is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an international organization.
