Job Description:

We are seeking a talented RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting automation workflows. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with our automation team and business users to meet requirements. Additionally, you will follow internal development standards and industry best practices, ensuring consistently high-quality design across all use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support automation workflows.
• Collaborate with the automation team and business users.
• Follow internal development standards and industry best practices.
• Identify reusable components and patterns, ensuring design consistency.
• Perform unit testing and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 1-5 years of RPA development experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for data report presentation (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.

Preferred/Desired Skills:

• 1-3 years of programming experience (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.).
• 1+ years of experience in software delivery using Agile methodology.
• 1+ years in application architecture, designing, and writing software or experience with software requirements and software testing.
• 1+ years of experience in chatbot development using Microsoft Bot Framework.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
