Job Description:
Are you passionate about automation and cutting-edge technologies? Join our team as an Automation Developer and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and supporting automation workflows. Collaborate with our automation team and business users to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Follow internal development standards and industry best practices, identifying reusable components and patterns to maintain design consistency across use-cases built using RPA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support Automation workflows
• Collaborate within the automation team and with business users
• Follow internal development standards and industry best practices
• Identify reusable components and patterns
• Perform unit testing and debugging
• Participate in code reviews
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with some supervision
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 1-5 years of RPA development experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for data report presentations (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications

Preferred/Desired Skills:

• 1-3 years of programming experience (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in software delivery using Agile methodology
• 1+ years in application architecture, designing, and writing software or experience with software requirements and software testing
• 1+ years of experience in chatbot development using Microsoft Bot Framework

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Benefits: Work from home
