Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to join our team at Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. As an Analyst in RPA, you will be responsible for developing RPA solutions and providing business as usual support to end users. This role will involve working on business process automation using the UI Path RPA platform in accordance with standard RPA principles and conventions for client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Create, improve, maintain, and implement RPA of business/technical processes
• Manage RPA process handover process
• Oversee RPA BAU, including updating UiPath and ensuring RPA standards and consistency
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
• Develop code to meet defined design/solution approach
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end-to-end unit testing
• Collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team
• Support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process

Requirements/Experience:

• 2-4 years of professional services experience, particularly in automation/integration projects
• Extensive knowledge of Ui Path RPA tools, especially UiPath Studio/Orchestrator
• Experience capturing and understanding business process requirements using relevant tools (Uipath Task Capture, Visio, UML, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of PowerShell/Python
• Microsoft Technology (Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
• Hands-on experience in Excel, Macro, HTML, etc.
• Experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image, SAP, and API-based automation
• Knowledge of version control and configuration management tools such as TFS/Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Basic knowledge of integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with RPA
• Experience developing and consuming APIs
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred

Qualifications:

• BE or B.Tech or higher degree with relevant technical certifications
• Extensive experience of 2+ years in RPA tools
• Work location: Hyderabad
• Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
