Job Description:
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes and requirements to conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts.
- Design, develop, test, and support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation workflows, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and developments, and upskill as required.
- Work on full bot development end-to-end, from design to implementation.
- Participate in the development of new offerings and innovations in the automation space.
- Escalate issues to stakeholders and find the best course of action to deliver projects efficiently and meet business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Python.
- Minimum 5+ years in Power Automation.
- Team Lead Experience mandatory.
