We are currently seeking a talented RPA Developer to join our team for a remote position, with an immediate start and a duration of 6 months.

Role: RPA UI PATH (HR Automation)

Location: Remote

Notice: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Job Summary:

As the RPA UI PATH Developer for HR Automation, you will play a crucial role in leading the automation of HR processes. Acting as the Product Owner for HR Process Automation, you will collaborate closely with various teams to drive process excellence and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for Process Automation in HR and be the single point of contact for Automation Stream, ensuring the establishment and development of methodologies and standards.
• Evaluate and analyze manual and repetitive HR processes, preparing a roadmap for process automation, and scaling the work with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and prepare business cases.
• Facilitate process prioritization for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development in HR, including screening RPA processes and proposing changes to support automation.
• Analyze and communicate the effects of automation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Information Technology, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of HR processes and functional skills, with proven experience as a team lead in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR system management.
• Certification in UiPath is a plus, along with solid project management skills and experience as a Product Owner.
• Competence in methodologies related to processes and improvement work (e.g., Lean, Scrum).

Additional Skills and Traits:

• Proven experience in HR Automation.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and security standards related to RPA.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work with continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills, clear priorities, and good execution ability.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract Length: 6 months

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule: Weekend availability
