Job Description:
Techstar is offering a full-time, permanent position for an RPA Developer with 1-6 years of experience. As an RPA Developer at Techstar, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and explore the possibilities in the world of robotics. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business operations and analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You’ll also lead initiatives in designing and managing workflow automation projects, as well as testing and fixing bugs. To excel in this role, you’ll need experience with technologies such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business operations and analysts to optimize workflow processes.
- Lead initiatives in designing and managing workflow automation projects.
- Test and fix bugs to ensure smooth workflow automation.
Must-Have Skills:
- 1 to 6 years of experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of multiple web UI technologies and libraries, including CSS3, HTML5, D3, JavaScript, Angular, React, Polymer, and others.
- Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- UiPath RPA Developer certifications are preferred but not required (training can be provided).
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.
Optional/Good-to-Have Skills:
- TFS, GIT.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Deployment.
