Job Description:

As an RPA (UiPath) Developer at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes through robotic process automation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your strong development experience with two or more RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Demonstrating a high software development aptitude and skills in collecting functional/technical requirements, and analyzing business processes and procedures.
• Recognizing when RPA is advantageous and when other techniques, such as simple software development, are more suitable.
• Managing stakeholders effectively through strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrating strong hands-on knowledge of RPA in a large-scale environment.
• Documenting solutions thoroughly and appreciating good documentation practices.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to assess current state processes and design future state RPA solutions.
• Creating function specifications and independently developing automation solutions based on business goals and objectives.
• Integrating multiple technologies and applications to create comprehensive solutions.
• Analyzing and observing processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete transactions.
• Identifying processes suitable for automation and providing recommendations to reengineer processes to improve automation potential.
• Supporting and/or participating in project planning and communication for RPA initiatives.
• Building, testing, delivering, and maintaining robotic automation capabilities using industry-leading RPA software.

Primary Skills:

• 2+ years of development experience on the .Net platform with C# and on UiPath.
• Certified on Any RPA Tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining the BOTs using orchestrator or control room.
• Good exposure in Solution Design/Technical Solution and Framework design.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of SQL Server 2008 and above.
• Familiarity with SQL interface like SQL Management Studio.
• Able to write medium complexity SQL queries (using joins and aggregate functions), functions and procedures, running pre-defined scripts, and interpreting logs and traces.

Secondary Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
