Technical Competency:
- Design & develop RPA solutions for various processes with zero defects.
- Experience in developing and consuming APIs.
- Participate in process walkthroughs with clients to understand requirements.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand the domain and process.
- Provide support to Business Analysts and Solution Architects with documentation.
- Work on automation feasibility and deliver POCs using best practices.
- Understand Agile/Scrum based project delivery methodologies.
- Test automation workflows prior to deployment.
- Build reusable components and custom components if necessary.

- Understand requirements and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Actively participate in client discussions to understand pain points.
- Assist in analyzing effort estimates and have an analytical approach.

Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred Qualifications – Graduate in Computer Science / IT or Equivalent Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in the IT Industry with Code Development.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE Framework.
- Basic programming / scripting knowledge on VBA / VB / java / C# script is a must. Python would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Cognitive Automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is not mandatory but good to have.
- Excellent Software Development background in C#, C++, Java, .NET would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Databases and various application architectures.
- Excellent MS Office Skills mainly Excel.
- Experience in Tools – UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, and Power Automate.
- Must have experience in UiPath Document Understanding and Power Automate.
- Should be expertise on UiPath, Power Automate, and Data extraction.
