Job Description:
NLB Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer, with UIPath expertise as a mandatory requirement. If you have a passion for automation and possess extensive hands-on experience with RPA tools, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience with RPA tools, particularly UIPath (minimum 3-5 years), and knowledge of at least two other RPA tools such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, SAP IRPA, Pega Studio, NICE, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency in development using RE Framework.
- Exhibit programming prowess in languages like Python, VB Script, .Net.
- Showcase basic programming skills in HTML, JavaScript, XPath, or similar scripting languages.
- Apply experience with OCR tools and Enterprise Systems to streamline processes.
- Develop and consume APIs effectively.
- Work with Mainframe applications seamlessly.
- Preferred qualifications include RPA certifications and familiarity with Databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Display basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Understand workflow-based logic and contribute to its enhancement.
- Possess superior attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exhibit exceptional time and project management capabilities.
- Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Excel in presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, capable of independent work, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing critical tasks and projects.
