About The Department
Established in 2007, Finance GBS Bangalore supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations, and GBS Bangalore. Our primary goal is to consistently provide superior service to our stakeholders and add value to processes through standardization and efficiency.
The Position
As a Team Lead, you will develop a team to drive continuous development of low-code automation solutions in line with the Digital Excellence strategy. Your responsibilities include designing and executing projects, leading and managing the team, assessing automation opportunities, collaborating with business subject matter experts, assessing change requests and feasibility, developing requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies, supporting the automation program, and coordinating with Global IT – SAP team and Intelligent Automation CoE team for BOTs creation and maintenance. You will also be the touchpoint for RPA service support for technical issues and drive POCs within the RPA area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience or master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital projects, RPA, or application development.
- Experience in leading a project team.
