Technical Lead, RPA (UiPath & Open Source)

Job Description:
Saks OFF 5TH, the premier online luxury off-price destination, is seeking a Tech Lead for RPA to join their innovative team. With a focus on customer experience and a digitally-native model, Saks OFF 5TH is reimagining traditional off-price retail.

Position Overview:
As the Tech Lead for RPA, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions. You will lead the design and development of RPA processes using UI Path and similar tools, revolutionizing how Saks OFF 5TH streamlines processes, optimizes workflows, and drives innovation in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end RPA projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the RPA development team.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UI Path and similar open-source automation tools.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and integration within RPA processes.
• Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with external systems using Rest APIs.
• Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable and efficient automation solutions.
• Apply Gen AI to enhance the capabilities and intelligence of RPA processes.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and prioritize processes for automation.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the RPA team.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of UI Path, open-source automation tools, SQL, Rest APIs, AWS cloud services.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages like Java or Python.
• Experience leading and managing RPA projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and integration.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with external systems using Rest APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, and others.
• Familiarity with Gen AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
