UiPath Developer
Job Description:
As an RPA Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes and design future state RPA solutions. You will primarily develop solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism platforms, contributing to our RPA development team’s efforts to automate processes aligned with business goals and objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop automation solutions primarily on UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes and design future state RPA solutions.
- Collect functional/technical requirements and analyze business processes and procedures.
- Recognize when RPA is advantageous and when other techniques should be considered.
- Manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of RPA in a large-scale environment.
- Document solutions comprehensively.
- Understand process design documents, workflow diagrams, and technical design documents.
- Integrate multiple technologies and applications to create comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze processes to identify automation potential and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Support and participate in project planning and communication for RPA initiatives.
- Build, test, deliver, and maintain robotic automation capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- 2+ years of development experience on the .Net platform with C# and on UiPath.
- Certified on any RPA Tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining BOTs using orchestrator or control room.
- Good exposure to Solution Design/Technical Solution and Framework design.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of SQL Server 2008 and above.
- Familiarity with SQL interfaces like SQL Management Studio.
- Ability to write medium complexity SQL queries (using joins and aggregate functions), functions and procedures, running pre-defined scripts, and interpreting logs and traces.
