Job Description: Senior RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with extensive experience in RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath (compulsory, minimum 3-5 years), and knowledge in at least 2 other RPA tools like Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, SAP IRPA, Pega Studio, NICE, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, including experience with RE Framework, programming languages like Python, VB Script, .Net, and basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XPath (or any scripting language).

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation solutions using RPA tools and cognitive platforms.
• Work with RE Framework and integrate with Enterprise Systems.
• Develop and consume APIs.
• Work with OCR tools and Mainframe applications.
• Utilize databases (SQL or NoSQL) in automation solutions.
• Apply basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Manage time and projects effectively, working through ambiguous situations.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Work independently, take initiative, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with RPA tools, especially UiPath.
• Development experience in RE Framework.
• Proficiency in Python, VB Script, .Net, and basic programming knowledge.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, XPath, or any scripting language.
• Knowledge of OCR tools, Enterprise Systems, and Mainframe applications.
• RPA certifications are preferred.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Superior time and project management skills.
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
